Pharmetrics is considered to be the market leader in large managed care retrospective databases. The Jestarx Group has maintained a close affiliation with Pharmetrics from their beginning. We have published and done research with Pharmetrics and consider their data resources for many of our projects.

University of Utah Pharmacy Outcomes Resource Center

The University of Utah has quickly become a key partner with the Jestarx Group. With the College of Pharmacy's Outcomes Resource Center the Jestarx Group has developed numerous symposia dealing with governmental health policy issues. Our contemporary look at the issues framing healthcare delivery in America today and into the 21st century has lead to a updating series of programs on the Medicare Modernization Act and its influence on spending and prescription benefit delivery in Medicaid.

HCMS

Human Capital Management Services is a health benefits consultant for a number of large United States National Employers. As a key affiliate of the Jestarx Group - the HCMS database is utilized to look at employee-specific information on demographics, company type, job type, employment status, race, martial status, salary, health plan, and at-work productivity for a subset of the employee population (approximately 15%) who are employed in task oriented activities. As the health benefits consultant, our partner also receives information on all employee's short-term and long-term disability claims, worker's compensation claims, and sick-leave claims, or the proprietary work output data. HCMS focuses on working with the employers, while our team at the JeSTARx Group focuses on working within the pharmaceutical industry and communicating the results of our research
